• Rellene el formulario de solicitud de disponibilidad y espere 24 horas por la respuesta del anfitrion.

COMO PAGAR EL ALOJAMIENTO:

1. GENERALMENTE, la mayoria de alojamientos se pagan al llegar, al dueño de la casa, en efectivo y en CUC.
2. EXCEPCIONES: Algunos dueños de casas muy lujosas, o con piscina (alberca) o de playa, (Guanabo y Varadero) exigen el deposito de la primera o dos primeras noches (segun dias de estancia) como garantia de su reserva. Se le informara al hacer la solicitud.

MONEDA:

• En los aeropuertos hay Casas de Cambio abiertas las 24 horas (CADECA).

PRECIO DE LOS ALQUILERES y NORMAS:

• El precio de todos los alquileres esta actualizado en la Web. No es necesario preguntar.
• El precio del alojamiento incluye la limpieza del mismo y cambio de la ropa de cama, toallas, jabon y papel higienico. Desayunos, comidas y cenas asi como lavado de ropa son aparte y el precio se contrata en destino segun menu.
•  Los apartamentos son exclusivos para usted y se le entregan llaves.
• En los Hostales regidos por familias, la habitacion y el baño son siempre exclusivos para usted.

COMO OBTENER DESCUENTOS:

• Algunos de los alquileres hacen descuentos por largas estadias, otros bajan sus precios en temporada baja.

CONSEJOS:

•  Rogamos anular las reservas que no se vayan a usar.
•  Las casas pagan un alto impuesto por su licencia de alquiler, tanto si estan vacias como ocupadas. En nuestra web exigimos maxima seriedad a los dueños de las casas y rogamos se proceda de igual modo para que no se las perjudique.
•  Alojarse en una casa no autorizada se considera un grave quebrantamiento de la ley.
• No esta permitido alojarse en casa de amigos, novias ni novios, pues no pagan licencia de alquiler.
•  Alojarse en una casa NO autorizada puede causarle problemas a la salida de Cuba.
•  Todas las casas de nuestra web estan legalmente autorizadas para alojar a extranjeros

• Our booking manager will call the selected house and if it is available we will write you back to tell your reservation status. Should not be available, the booking manager will provide some similar accommodations as alternatives.

TIPS:
